Hello and welcome to the company!  We're here to work together to create a booming capitalist market!!

Objective

Stay in power as the CEO, become the new CEO, or join together to create shared power!

Set Up

• 4 players - One person is the CEO and the other 3 are employees.  Roll a dice to determine who is the CEO (go by highest roll).
• A Dice
• Tokens - Gambling chips, mancala pieces, marbles, etc. Whatever you have that can be used to symbolize mula (money).  The CEO recieves 20 tokens to start, while the employees only receive 2 to start.
• Bag - Somewhere for employees to store their profits.
• Pot - The communal account for the employees.  No one can see how much is in the pot until the end.  Employees are only allowed to deposit.

Gameplay

1. In total there are 5 rounds to this game.  Each round begins with the CEO rolling a dice.  The CEO receives that many tokens, and then must distribute one token to each player.  The CEO is the only one with visible tokens.
2. All employees then close their eyes and hold out a hand, while the CEO can choose to distribute bonuses (as many tokens as they want to their employees).  They can choose no bonuses, one person getting a bonus, or everyone getting a bonus!
3. After bonuses have been distributed the CEO must announce it's the end of the day aloud.  All employees must put whatever bonuses they've received in their bag. 
4. The CEO, after no tokens are visible, announces "Time to go home!" All employees head to another room/space for a much needed break, leaving their bags in the room with the CEO.
5. While in the other room employees can discuss income, and whether or not they will be adding money to the pot.  When finished discussing they head back into the room.
6. The employee to the left of the CEO goes first.  They bring their bag to the pot and drop in as many tokens as they please without anyone else seeing.  Employees should not look into the pot.  The other employees follow suit, and that ends the round.
7. This pattern continues until 5 rounds are up, and the game is finished.

Win or Lose

Whoever has the most tokens by the end of the game wins.  If the CEO is the one with the most tokens at the end they win, and the employees lose.  If an employee individually has the most tokens, then they win.  Lastly, if the employees put enough in the pot collectively, and it equals more than the CEO's tokens, then the employees win.
